By enrolling to SLS, all students agree
to comply with our Terms and Conditions
as stated below: |

|
Enrollment to SLS is subject to a
deposit of US$100.00 which will be
credited towards the student's program
tuition and is non refundable. SLS will
send payment information once the
enrollment form has been completed, we
use accept various methods of payment
including credit card via secure online
payment through PayPal.

Underage students must be accompanied by
an adult, the legal age in the Dominican
Republic is 18. SLS does not accept
responsibility for underage students
without an adult guardian.
|
|
SLS
will not be responsible for cancellation
of class due to force majeure, e.g.
strikes, natural disaster or severe
weather. SLS will do its best to
reschedule the class as soon as
conditions are back to normal.
|
Full payment of the Spanish course is
due on the first day of class. The
tuition payment will not be refunded for
any course cancellation by the student.
If the student must reschedule a class,
notice must be given at least 48 hours
in advance of the missed class or that
class will be charged in full.

If
a student needs to change the start date
of the course, no charge will apply if
the change is reported within 2 weeks of
the original start date. Failure to do
so will incur a US$25.00 charge.

SLS
reserves the right to modify or change
programs, rates and dates. Once a
student has paid a deposit, no rate
increase will affect his reserved course
program.

SLS
recommends that students purchase
international travel and health
insurance. SLS will not be liable for
personal accident, illness, loss or
damage to student's property.
|
SLS
is not liable for local authorities
decisions regarding visas and legal
documents, however SLS will always help
students as much as possible to ensure
their visit to the Dominican Republic is
pleasant and joyful.
